Please note that we require a minimum of 72 hours sobriety prior to the scheduled date and time of intake. Urine testing and breath analysis will apply.

Toiletries: shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, a shaving kit, etc.
Indoor footwear.
Gym shoes, workout clothes and swim shorts if desired. The local YMCA offers a subsidized monthly pass for Sobriety House clients.
Comfortable, casual clothing. Laundry facilities are available on site at no charge.
Medications: Sobriety House is partnered with Respect Rx, a community pharmacy that specializes in patient based and respect focused services for our clients. Information regarding your current medication(s) will be requested prior to intake. Should you choose to opt out of this service, the following is required: medication as prescribed in the original containers. Blister packs are mandatory if you require more than one medication. Ensure you bring enough medication for your entire stay.
A list of all allergies or dietary restrictions. Please note that two emotional support cats reside at Sobriety House.
Health card and additional relevant identification.
Bedding and towels are provided. You may bring your own pillow, provided it is brand new and in original packaging. All clothing must be put through a hot dryer cycle upon entry.
All meals and snacks are provided.
Smoking is permitted outside the facility, except from 11pm – 6am. Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT’s are accepted but not provided).
What Not To Bring
No laptops, cell phones, tablets, or any other device that could be used to access the internet. A shared laptop and phone are available for client use.
No video games, scratch or lottery tickets. No gambling or betting permitted.
Mouthwash or other items that contain alcohol.
Any over-the-counter medication unless approved by the intake staff.
Creatine supplements or energy drinks.
T-shirts with offensive slogans or items that promote alcohol and/or drugs.
No automobiles permitted. Bicycles are allowed; however, Sobriety House is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items
Working or attending school is not permitted during the four-week program.
Please do not schedule any appointments that would conflict with the program schedule.
